Eldridge Properties may use information collected from you in the day to day running of their business of leasing and selling properties. Marketing services includes direct mail unless you have made a request not to receive direct marketing communications.  Credit, tenancy checks and reports providing information about you to those who provide a service to us as part of our business may be made.

Eldridge Properties may disclose personal information if they believe it is necessary to assist a law enforcement agency responsible for government or public security in the performance of their functions.
