During the course of our business we may collect information about you if you have listed a property for sale or lease, you have leased a property, you have purchased a property from us, you have registered interest as a buyer, you have registered as a property seller, or you have visited one of our open houses and signed the visitor book.

Marketing services includes direct mail unless you have made a request not to receive direct marketing communications.  Credit, tenancy checks and reports providing information about you to those who provide a service to us as part of our business may be made.
