To do this we needed our clients to give us the opportunity to sell their property so we offered a flat rate commision of just $2200 (incl. GST). Providing excellent service as well as all the traditional marketing tools such as paper advertising, brochures, signage and of course the internet.

We have successfully entered the Wagga Wagga market and will continue to offer very competitive commission rates (in some cases more than half the standard commission of some other agents) without compramising our service levels or the marketing we offer you.

Extending our competitive rates to our property management clients was a natural progression. We are now able to offer some of the lowest management fees for your investment property (starting at just 5.5%, conditions do apply).
