This involves an intensive 4 week marketing campaign which includes; weekly paper ads, featured website exposure and detailed colour brochures hand delivered to potential buyers, weekly open house inspections + private inspections, and weekly verbal and written updates on the progress of the marketing. All this culminating into qualified interested buyers who are ready to purchase, have finance in place with a deposit at the ready, have completed pest & building inspections and will exchange contracts on the day......Auction day.

Sale by auction is considered to be one of the most successful ways of selling property. On average 10% of properties are sold prior to auction, 40% of properties are sold at auction, and 40% are sold post auction (with 10% not selling, usually as result of un- achievable expectations). An auction creates intense interest in a property and often excitement on auction day.

Our recent auction in December 08 was a perfect example of this, with 50% of the properties up for auction sold on the day. The auction day brought almost 30 people to our rooms who were either participating directly in the auction or were very interested in the results. The following weeks brought a huge amount of enquiry to our office regarding both sold and unsold properties.
