Eldridge Properties has developed from the acquisition of Wagga District Real Estate in 2007. Wagga District Real Estate provided real estate services throughout the district for almost two decades and was at the forefront of regional property sales with a focus on rural and village areas. Whilst maintaining this focus Eldridge properties have grown to include Wagga residential and commercial sales as well as property management, offering a fresh approach to marketing and customer service.

A more comprehensive solution to the needs of customers was identified resulting in the development of Eldridge Properties. An integrated approach from our other branches which include; marketing & advertising, finance, information technology, accounting & business services provide the opportunity for our customers to receive the best possible results.

The Business Broking market has been identified as a growth area for the agency. With the support of all the Eldridge Group Australia branches, including the Accounting & Business Services branch, Eldridge Properties are now able to effectively market and sell businesses in and around the Wagga district.
