Up to $24,000 for First Home Owners

New home owners in NSW who are building their first home or purchasing a newly built home are eligible to receive up to $24,000 as part of the First Home Owners Grant Scheme.

With $7,000 First Home Owner Grant, $14,000 First Home Owner Boost and the $3,000 New Home Buyers Supplement, first home owners of newly built properties or who are building their first home will have plenty of incentive to enter the property market.

The First Home Owner Boost ($14,000) is due to expire on the 30th of June 2009 and the New Home Buyers Supplement ($3,000) is due to expire on the 10th November 2009 so make sure you don't miss out on this opportunity to get into your first home.
